1. Who can use Orda

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Seller responsibilities

• List only products you are legally authorised to sell.
• Ensure product names, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
• Fulfil orders promptly and communicate delays to buyers.
• Not list counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal items.

3. Buyer responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.
• Make payment in full before or at the time agreed with the seller.
• Raise genuine disputes only and in good faith.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Orda to:

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person or business.
• Sell illegal goods, weapons, substances, or stolen property.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Scrape, spam, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.

5. Transactions

Orda is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users. Disputes over orders, payments, or delivery are between the buyer and the seller. We may, at our discretion, assist in resolving disputes but are not obligated to do so.

6. Intellectual property

The Orda platform, name, and logo are owned by us. Content you create (product photos, store descriptions) remains yours. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Orda is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses from transactions between users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Orda after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the country where Orda is registered.
